Where to Find Enemies After Completing Far Cry 5
Nope only way is to reset Outposts in the game menu or play arcade, i finished the campaign and did everything content wise, zero enemies and quests to do, this game dont have anything that keeps you coming back to play it like skyrim, fallout 4 or GTA. After you are done you are done in this game.

You can still continue doing side missions and stuff you missed but know its a one time thing, so you will run out of content.
I copy saves onto another drive every now and again. Copy any saved point over to your uPlay savedgame directory and start over. If you like you can do a trainer so you can restart with all your weapons and perks if that suits you.
I'm doing a second play through, and seeing how far or much I can do without going to the Falls End Church.
About 40 hours of gameplay and its over. No more bad guys once all missions complete. Which suks because i didnt finish all the kill challenges but cant find anyone to kill anymore. Oh well. I hear there is DLC coming. Cha-ching!
So like.. what do we even do now? We want to kill enemies...

As I sayd im my thread before:" We need a new game+ or a resistance level region slider for having enemys again! But nobody writes there, so ubisoft think its unimportant! I ask the ubi guy personally, but he ignores me! I think it will never come, since the comunity here seem not to have interst in having enemys again, but stupid outposts!

We might have to wait for a year till they start doing content for the main campaign if wildlands is anything to go by, only now they are going to add new PVE content and much requested by the community features since that game original release with the year 2 roadmap, but atm in FC5 they are probably too busy working on the DLCs to spend time doing stuff for the main campaign now, the only thing we can hope for atm is a new game + or a extra save slot which already should have been in the game in the first place.

You can do almost the entire region. Johns last mission isn't forced on you. Some missions in that area will not 'complete' by giving their rewards till you deal with him though.

Any one tried uninstall and reinstall see what happens or is all progress saved on steam cloud , because i think that can be reset

Same problem .. I was very surprised about it.
I wanted to finish this game but I hoped that I try new guns after main story line ending.

Enemies still spawn, but at a much reduced rate and only specific areas. I run into the "red hood archers/judges" roaming around in the woods- with only 2 spawning, and had seen some semi-trailers with two cultists guarding them at some rest areas.
Only way at this time to get enemies to spawn is:
1) Outpost Commander(?) every outpost you freed is reset and you have to clear it again.
2) Start a new game- but that wipes all progress/perks/specialists/ gear you earned with exception of the weekly game event rewards and any Prestige items you bought with silver bars.
prestige items bought with in-game cash remain locked in new games, there is no "new game plus".
I have a save from the end of the first island that I use for re-dong the game. I have a few weapons, including a few better ones bought with silver. If you want, download a trainer and use cheats to unlock and get the weapons/perks you want from the last game. Then cancel the cheat and go from there. You can go in any direction from that island, and your next game can be very different.
