Or lack in that location-of. Tried for several minutes to get help to purchase a battery for my cell phone. Had to re-dial many time, kept getting cut off. No help available, and no store answers the phone. May switch to jitterbug phone.

metro pc is perhap the worst phone service out there.I live in the Wash. dc area, A few miles out of rich. va., i could non pick up a indicate at all. I had no phone the whole weekend in Va. beach.Add together to that, the internet don"t work well-nigh of the time and as i am typing this, I take no service on my telephone with my bill paid.

BAD TECH SUPPORT

Your company doesn't the difference between customer support and tech support! I paid $500 for the Due south!!!. I've had it for nine months. I added mobile hot spot to my business relationship only to find that the app is missing from my telephone. the best that customer service could propose is a reset. Practical solution would be to provide a link to the app. I would like y'all, my Provider to supply that link I value my data. David T. Rogers
